Our client is a leading alternative investment firm seeking a Manager, Liquidity & Capital Markets to join its growing team. This is a highly visible role supporting liquidity and financing activities across a diverse portfolio of private market investments.

The successful candidate will lead liquidity forecasting, scenario analysis, financing strategy and credit facility management, while partnering closely with senior leadership, lenders, legal counsel and external service providers. The role will also involve optimizing financing structures, identifying opportunities to improve liquidity and reporting processes, and providing actionable insights to support investment and capital deployment decisions.

We’re looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in asset management, private markets or a related financial services workplace, ideally with exposure to credit facilities such as ABL, NAV or hybrid structures.



Robust analytical skills, financial modelling/Excel expertise, sound judgment and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are key. CPA/CFA and experience with Python, VBA or Power BI are assets.
