Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to be the lead estimator / project manager for signage projects. You will need to estimate the build cost (time and materials) and installation cost for small to large scale signage projects ($500 to $250,000)
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple projects while ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery of estimates.
Note : you have must have work experience, within Ontario, utilizing the various online web portals which manage construction projects.
Responsibilities
Oversee the estimating process for signage projects.
Utilize software tools such as BuildingConnected, Merx, etc to seek out project opportunities
Review plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
Manage required client documentation and deliverables for for larger projects
Invoice completed projects.
Experience
Utilizing Ontario based web portals to find, bid and manage project prospects.
Proven experience in estimating with a strong understanding of pricing strategies.
Robust project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
