Reporting to the Retail Manager for Hardlines, this Hunting Lead position requires strong supervisory skills and a passion for outdoor lifestyles. You will oversee daily activities while training team members on standard operating procedures, ensuring best practices are followed.

Customer satisfaction will be your priority as you assist shoppers and promote in-store programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide team members effectively

Requirements:
Two+ years in a supervisory role preferred
Open availability for diverse shifts
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
