50,000 – $60,000 a year | Office Full-time Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Administrator to join our Halifax branch. The Service Administrator plays a key role in providing daily administrative and clerical support that enables efficient service operations.

This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, is comfortable working on a computer throughout the day, and enjoys being a reliable team player. This position is fully in office Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm.

A Day in the Life
Manage a high volume of service files and documentation
Support Accounts Receivable activities
Maintain accurate customer and service information
Communicate with customers and internal service teams to support daily operations




Provide general administrative and clerical support
Respond to service-related inquiries and assist with dispatching crews as needed

Requirements
Strong computer skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude with a team-oriented and adaptable mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Post-secondary education in administration or business

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
