We are looking for a Shopify & E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our e-commerce platform for a growing fashion wholesale business. This role will oversee both the front-end customer experience and back-end Shopify operations, ensuring the site is accurate, visually appealing, easy to navigate, and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Shopify platform, including product listings, collections, categories, pricing, inventory, images, descriptions, and product attributes.
Maintain and optimize the front-end merchandising and overall site presentation.
Manage Shopify’s back-end, including product setup, collections, tags, navigation, apps, and integrations.
Ensure current products and collections are launched accurately and on time.
Optimize product pages and site content for conversion, SEO, and user experience.
Monitor site performance, identify issues, and coordinate improvements or technical fixes.
Work closely with merchandising, sales, marketing,



and operations teams to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Analyze site performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve sales and engagement.
Support ongoing Shopify enhancements, including new features, functionality, and site updates.

Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify, ideally within fashion, apparel, retail, or wholesale.
Strong understanding of Shopify’s back-end and front-end merchandising.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Valuable understanding of e-commerce, product merchandising, SEO, and UX.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Experience with Shopify Plus, apps, integrations, or basic HTML/CSS is an asset.
