CoolIT Systems, Inc. is seeking a Test Specialist (Mechanical/PCL) to lead validation of thermal and fluid-cooling systems, including cold plates and manifolds. You will design test methods, analyze data and report results to support engineering decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance and reliability targets and will mentor technicians in testing practices and safety protocols.
