Hammer Time Framing Ltd. is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced framers to join our crews for custom homes and upcoming multi-family projects.
We need people with actual framing experience who can take an assigned task and carry it through accurately without constant supervision.
We’re also interested in a robust framer who feels ready to lead a crew. You don’t need to have been a foreman already, but you do need solid framing skills, initiative and the ability to help others stay productive. I’ll be working alongside you initially to help you learn our expectations and grow into the role.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience framing residential homes or multi-family buildings
Ability to work independently on walls, floors, sheathing and roof systems
Reliable attendance and transportation to sites in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan
Pride in accurate work and an organized job site
Basic hand tools and tool belt
Ability to follow direction, work safely and contribute to a crew
Plan reading,
layout and experience organizing a crew are robust assets. Tell us what you can confidently handle.
WHAT WE OFFER
Full-time work with substantial upcoming projects
Custom homes and larger multi-family work
Prospects to take on more responsibility
An owner who works on site and supports his crews
Hourly pay based on demonstrated framing ability and responsibility, up to $45/hour for a proven crew leader
