We are an exciting Bistro in Tecumseh and are looking for extra help in the kitchen. We are a small family owned and operated business specializing in European cuisine. We offer a unique and delicious menu, amazing atmosphere and a positive work setting.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a willingness to learn, a focus to provide each guest the best possible experience delivering exceptional customer service, enthusiastic to learn recent things and remain calm under pressure.
Duties:
Taking orders from the wait staff and preparing food according to customer preference
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
Making adjustments to accommodate clients with specific diet and health concerns
Plan and prepare menus, and determine food portions and quantities needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Restock inventory and supplies as needed
Familiarity with the food industry standards and practices
