What You'll Be Doing
Leading all day-to-day culinary operations and ensuring a consistently high standard of execution
Creating a positive kitchen culture built around teamwork, accountability, and hospitality
Coaching and mentoring team members while identifying and developing future culinary leaders
Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and cleanliness
Managing food costs,



inventory, ordering, labour, and other controllable expenses
Supporting menu execution and ongoing development of culinary skills across the team

What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience leading a culinary team in a busy, full-service restaurant
Robust understanding of food cost, inventory, labour, ordering, and scheduling
Proven leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing people
High standards for food quality and consistency
Energetic, positive, and hands‑on leadership style
Someone who takes ownership and wants to continue growing their career
