emergiTEL is hiring Salesforce & Development Specialist (Intermediate Level)
Contract Duration: 12 Months.
Pay Rate: $45 - $50/hr INC.
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Job Description
Solid Salesforce experience with a primary focus on Sales Cloud (approximately 95%).
Experience deploying and managing Tasks, Surveys, Quizzes, and Knowledge Articles within Salesforce.
Ability to manage complex audiences, including:
Gathering and understanding business requirements.
Translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Configuring and maintaining audience segments.
Robust analytical skills with hands-on experience in:
Microsoft Excel
Power BI
SQL
Mandatory experience with CSS and/or HTML for developing responsive email templates that function across multiple devices.
Create and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns.
Extensive knowledge of:
Email Studio
Audience Builder
Mobile Studio
Experience executing successful email and SMS marketing campaigns.




Experience working with Analytics Builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Working knowledge of AMPScript.
Advanced knowledge of Journey Builder, including:
Process Automation
A/B Testing
Agile Assets
Decision Splits
Engagement Splits
Strong data management capabilities.
Proficiency in SQL and data-driven marketing operations.
