As a Regional Manager at Extendicare, you will work closely with the Regional Director of Operations to ensure efficacious management of clinical services throughout Ontario East. Key responsibilities include promoting compliance with regulations, coaching care teams, and supporting Directors of Care.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
Educate and support nursing and care teams effectively
Manage Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives
Oversee implementation of clinical programs
Represent organization to external stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years in senior management in long-term care
Valid RN registration with Provincial licensing body
Robust communication and leadership skills
Master’s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
