About the Role

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring products, samples, and customer orders are received, stored, prepared,



and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with operations, sales, customer service, and transportation partners to maintain a secure and organized distribution facility.

Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Load and unload containers, trailers, and customer pickups
Prepare customer orders and shipping documentation
Coordinate freight shipments and carrier pickups
Maintain accurate inventory records
Build custom pallets and package products for shipment
Prepare and ship architectural sample requests
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse setting
Support inventory counts and warehouse improvement initiatives
