Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

- Financial Deliver against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Coordinate supply chain processes (replenishment).
- Explain OTIF and VMI policies to different suppliers.
- Send monthly OTIF and VMI scorecards to suppliers.
- Manage supplier claims in collaboration with the replenishment and finance teams.
- Reply to emails in the generic inboxes of the Process Optimization team.
- Support the allocation team to facilitate the distribution of products to the various banners and customers.
- Prepare quarterly business reviews of major suppliers for the replenishment team.

- Experience of handling and interpreting data
- Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Intermediate level)
