As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the PACU at Grace Hospital, you'll be integral to providing nursing services to patients with complex health needs. You'll administer prescribed treatments, lead healthcare teams, and coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Your expertise in critical care and nursing will directly impact patient recovery and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide qualified nursing services to postoperative patients
• Administer prescribed medical treatments safely and effectively
• Lead care coordination and discharge planning for patients




• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and protocols
Requirements:
• One-year recent PACU experience preferred
• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing program
• Completed Adult Critical Care or PACU Course required
• Active CRNM registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Current BCLS certification mandated
