Weyerhaeuser seeks an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor in Kenora, Ontario. Lead the team in ensuring safety, communication, and production efficiency in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.
This permanent position at the Timberstrand® manufacturing plant prioritizes safety and operational excellence. As a supervisor, you will manage Electrical teams, plan maintenance, and implement troubleshooting methods to minimize downtime. Engagement with production teams will be key to achieving company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety and address potential hazards proactively
• Lead and communicate effectively across shifts
• Plan Electrical work to minimize production impact




• Improve uptime and production quality through troubleshooting
• Train staff to enhance technical expertise
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in industry
• Strong communication skills in various formats
• Trades certification or relevant diploma required
• Preferably experienced with CMMS and PLCs
• Proven problem-solving and leadership abilities
