Lead the Christmas Kettle campaign with The Salvation Army in providing hope during the holiday season. As the Christmas Kettle Coordinator, oversee multiple locations and ensure effective staffing.
This short-term contract role focuses on managing Kettle locations in shopping malls, grocery stores, and retail outlets. The coordinator will supervise campaign workers, ensuring all donations are collected and secured. A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple Kettle locations during the campaign
• Supervise and orient campaign workers and volunteers
• Ensure all Kettle donations are securely managed
• Manage schedules and respond to staffing needs
• Maintain communication with site partners and supervisors
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Solid money handling skills preferred
• High school coursework required
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
