Responsibilities:
Listen, advise, and provide an exceptional client experience by offering and
explaining products tailored to their needs
Answer client questions related to their personal insurance requests
Validate coverage and update client files as needed
Negotiate policy terms with our various insurers
Have a robust command of various insurance products to effectively advise and guide clients
Adhere to company standards and policies to ensure smooth operations and quality work

Desired Profile:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance field
Holds an AMF license
Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, as the incumbent
regularly communicates with clients from Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes, and
with Canadian business partners located outside Quebec).
Autonomy
Experience as a personal lines insurance broker, an asset
