The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Bilingual Supervisor, Transfers to join our Operations team.
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the Bilingual Supervisor, Transfers is responsible for overseeing the Transfers Team, managing volumes and ensuring daily deadlines are met.
Supervisory responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and scheduling of staff, including overseeing current employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
