CareRx Corporation is seeking a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist to join our team to maintain continuity of care for residents in long-term care and retirement communities. You will collaborate with onsite physicians, nursing staff and other health providers, and travel to LTC homes to support clinical services.

Your responsibilities include performing medication reviews, educating residents and staff, and contributing to clinical programs while adhering to provincial standards and CareRx policies.
