Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for primary care contracting • Manage and oversee all aspects of contract negotiations • Facilitate relationships with external stakeholders and organizations • Ensure compliance with legislative and industry requirements • Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives for contract administration

Requirements: • Master's degree in a relevant field or Business Administration • Seven years of healthcare experience in complex environments • Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills • Experience in managing complex contractual and regulatory issues • Valid driver's license for site travel
