Title: Customer Success Consultant Duration: Months Location: Toronto, ON Key Responsibilities: Manage a pooled customer portfolio (~:) through a shared queue.

Respond to customer needs and health/adoption signals rather than fixed account cadences.

Monitor customer health, feature adoption, and engagement decline.

Support teammate accounts during absences/overflow.

Drive customer retention, resolve issues, and escalate complex commercial matters.

Identify organic expansion prospects and create qualified leads.

Support onboarding, adoption, and workflow consulting across Payments, Bill Pay, and Payroll.

Key Qualifications: – years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a consultative relationship-focused role.

Strong customer retention and relationship-management experience.





Comfortable working in a pooled/queue-based model rather than dedicated : account ownership.

Strong business acumen and customer-focused problem-solving skills. BB SaaS, finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or fintech experience is a plus.
