You’ll have overall leadership responsibility across: Fixed Operations Customer Experience People Development Your focus will be on two key areas: Customer Opportunity Management Ensure every opportunity is handled with urgency and consistency from the first inquiry through delivery; while coaching leaders and teams to maximize performance. Inventory Performance Ensure vehicles move efficiently from acquisition through reconditioning, merchandising, and retail sale while maintaining quality, controlling aging, and maximizing inventory turn. This is a
hands-on leadership role
. You’ll spend your time working alongside your teams,
coaching performance, solving problems, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the right processes are being executed every day. What We’re Looking For
