Key Responsibilities:
• Provide G/GJ tube care and management for clients
• Administer and document prescribed medications carefully
• Monitor medications and narcotics for safety




• Assist children with personal care and daily living activities
• Observe condition changes and report to guardians

Requirements:
• Licensed with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Experience with pediatric clients essential
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Vulnerable Sector Check completed recently
• Maintain Professional Liability Insurance (PLI)
