We are hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a custom job shop workplace specializing in medium to large metal components. This is not a production-based role. The ideal candidate must be confident handling one-off and small-batch jobs independently, including setup and machine operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CNC machine setup and operation independently
Work on custom 1–2 piece machining jobs
Machine medium to large metal components with precision
Interpret drawings and follow machining specifications
Ensure quality and accuracy of finished parts
Maintain a secure and organized work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
Experience in a custom job shop environment is mandatory
Robust setup and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience handling medium to large-sized parts
Good understanding of machining tolerances and measurements
Not Suitable For:
Production-only machinists
Candidates with frequent job changes
Freshers or candidates with less than 5 years experience
