B.C. Ltd., operating as Caffe Artigiano, is seeking a full time Manager Food Service to manage daily food service operations at its Vancouver location.

Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily food service operations.
Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff.
Monitor staff performance and ensure quality customer service.
Manage inventory, supplies, purchasing, and cost controls.
Monitor revenues, expenses, and operational performance.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety,



sanitation, and workplace standards.
Maintain records related to sales, inventory, staff schedules, and operations.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure smooth business operations.

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
College diploma or other program related to hospitality, food service management, or business is an asset.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations is required.
Previous supervisory or management experience in a café, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred.
Solid communication, leadership, customer service, and organizational skills are required.
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
