Experience in product development or related field. Strong knowledge of manufacturing environment.
Food Manufacturing experience considered a excellent asset.
High level of understanding of ingredients & formula portfolios.
Require advanced knowledge of applicable government regulations, GMPs & allergens.
Work closely with the team to develop & test new and existing ingredients, develop, & finalize recipes & pass the sensory approval process.
Has a deep understanding of current and future food & industry trends & applies this knowledge in the development & planning process.
Comprehensive understanding of recent product requirements & manufacturing equipment and able to troubleshoot with Production and Maintenance teams.
Experience in product development or related field. Strong knowledge of manufacturing workplace.
