BMO Financial Group is seeking an experienced QA leader to drive testing transformation across mobile, web, API, and data platforms. You will shape QA strategy, elevate automation, and partner with developers and stakeholders to raise software quality at scale.

This is a high-impact Individual Contributor role with a focus on strategic QA initiatives and automation, across multiple teams, in a hybrid setup in downtown Toronto. Hands-on testing is not a primary responsibility.
