Alberta Health Services is seeking a Social Worker II for a part time temporary position in Community Care, providing home care services to clients in homes and supportive living facilities. You will connect clients and families with housing, finances, counselling, addiction and mental health resources throughout the home care journey.

The role supports seniors and individuals with physical and mental disabilities and requires travel within the zone.
