Warren Sinclair LLP is seeking a full time Legal Assistant/Paralegal with experience in corporate, commercial real estate and bank financing matters. The ideal candidate has at least three years in a law firm, with familiarity in CORES Level 1, NetDocuments, and Acumin.
You will work as part of a team supporting corporate and commercial real estate work, handling document drafting, filing, and multi-tasking under tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
