Support children with complex needs at Hope’s Home in Saskatoon as a dedicated Developmental Worker. Provide personalized care, assist with developmental goals, and implement individualized programs.

In this full time position, you will work closely with children facing medical and behavioral challenges, providing essential personal care and supervision during activities. You'll collaborate with a skilled team and outside professionals to implement individualized program plans aimed at enhancing each child's growth and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to personal care duties including dressing and hygiene
• Prepare dietician-approved meals following set menus
• Supervise recreational activities in and outside the home




• Document behavior and progress towards developmental goals
• Provide protected transportation for children as needed

Requirements:
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Experience with children having diverse needs is an asset
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and behavior management
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptable availability for various shifts including weekends
