Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
Provide expert advice and support to management and employees on employee relations matters.
Interpret and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as conflict resolution and workplace conduct.
Promote a positive and constructive work workplace through proactive engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of South African labour law and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Excellent investigative, interviewing, and conflict resolution skills.
