Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home RBT in Staplehurst for afternoon/evening shifts, delivering 97153 therapy under a BCBA-designed plan. A BCBA is assigned before start, with support from a family care manager.
You’ll contribute data, receive constructive supervision, and work in a role that emphasizes consistent client care and ongoing skilled growth. You’ll earn $22–$23/hour for direct therapy and $16/hour for paid non-billable time, with bonuses for cancellations and a Capella
