Public Prosecution Service in Cape Breton Region is seeking a Crown Attorney for Port Hawkesbury. The incumbent will advise law enforcement, prosecute charges, and report to the Chief Crown Attorney, Cape Breton Region.
This permanent position requires geographic mobility across the province and robust commitment to public safety and justice. The successful candidate will be a practicing Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society member (or eligible) with experience in criminal prosecutions and knowledge
