Chu Cho Environmental seeks a full time Lead Terrestrial Ecologist responsible for guiding a high-performing team. With strong expertise in project management, data analysis, and ecological reporting, you’ll report to the General Manager and oversee various ecology projects throughout northern British Columbia. Example projects include ecosystem mapping and reclamation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead terrestrial ecology projects from planning to reporting
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
• Mentor junior and intermediate staff on ecological practices




• Support technical reviews and high-quality report development
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to proposals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Environmental Science or related field
• 6+ years in terrestrial ecology or environmental consulting
• Registration as a Professional Biologist or Agrologist
• Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence
• Strong writing skills for technical reports
