As part of Centurion’s vibrant team, you will report to the Assistant General Manager and play a key role in maintaining high resident satisfaction. Your tasks include managing inquiries, conducting unit viewings, and securing leases to optimize value. You'll be integral in organizing events and ensuring a welcoming community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
• Handle inquiries and feedback with professionalism




• Conduct viewings and promote Centurion's value proposition
• Assist with events and resident move-ins/outs
• Maintain orderly desk and complete clerical duties
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Highly motivated with robust interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented problem solver with follow-up skills
