Join Toronto Court Services as a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer. In this hybrid role, you will design, build, and maintain custom applications supporting court operations.
This full time, temporary position focuses on application architecture, scripting, and platform administration within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have considerable experience developing scoped applications and integrating them with existing systems in a public sector setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish business relationships to assess client needs
• Prepare project plans and charters for initiatives
• Identify risks and create action plans to mitigate
• Conduct project delivery and lead teams in project execution
• Develop training materials and conduct training for staff
Requirements:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Experience with application development in ServiceNow
• Familiarity with government sector compliance and requirements
• Solid communication skills with stakeholders
• Agile/Scrum development experience
