The University convocation in office Regalia Assistant supports the logistics of graduation regalia distribution during University of Lethbridge convocation events. This hands-on role focuses on organization, inventory, workflow, and team coordination.

Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory, event operations, or team leadership is encouraged. Training is provided, with potential for future Regalia Lead prospects.
