Vancouver General Hospital in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neurosciences team. You will provide nursing care to assigned patients on a multidisciplinary care team, applying best practices and skilled standards.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, participating in discharge planning, and teaching patients and families about illness, injury and wellness.
