Encore Global is seeking a Technical Lead to manage the setup, operation, and breakdown of AV systems in hotel/conference environments. You will supervise in office technicians, ensure top-tier customer service, and coordinate with hotel staff to maintain solid client relationships.

The role requires 2–3+ years in AV and hospitality, plus certification readiness. Expect irregular hours, on-call status, and lifting to 50 lbs in a energetic hotel setting.
