Nova Scotia Health Authority seeks a Health Care Social Worker to deliver psychosocial assessments, counselling, resource coordination, and discharge planning. You will work within the OPCZ Med/Surg Social Work team, collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues to support clients and families to achieve optimal functioning.

The role requires an MSW, NSCSW registration eligibility, and at least two years of clinical experience.
