Drive growth for Bondi Produce as the Category Manager for Non-Produce. Oversee a $30M+ category, managing supplier programs, pricing, and inventory to meet client needs.

In this pivotal role with Bondi Produce & Specialty Foods, you will have P&L; ownership of the non-produce category, directly impacting sales and service levels. You will leverage your buying experience, negotiate supplier programs, and create a robust product assortment our clients rely on. Your responsibilities will span vendor negotiations, category management, and driving demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set product range and retire underperforming SKUs
• Negotiate vendor agreements and income programs
• Own purchasing and demand planning for non-produce




• Establish competitive pricing architecture and targets
• Maintain a ranked gap list of needed items

Requirements:
• 5+ years in a buying role with P&L; ownership
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
• Solid Excel skills with GMROI and fill-rate experience
• Knowledge of Italian or Mediterranean specialty products
• Passion for the foodservice industry and Toronto's culinary scene
