This is a fully remote prospect for someone who knows Canadian public-company securities work and wants more autonomy, direct client exposure and compelling, sophisticated files.
Ideal candidates will have experience with TSXV/CSE, SEDAR/SEDI, continuous disclosure, private placements, and governance.
