As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at PDW, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our enterprise AI vision. This position requires extensive experience with AI technologies and hands-on development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI strategies, while actively building and scaling solutions for various enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities: • Define AI strategy, architecture, and engineering standards • Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions • Develop AI agents for secure enterprise interactions • Implement AI orchestration and control capabilities • Optimize AI workloads across infrastructure and applications
Requirements: • 7+ years in software or AI engineering • Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks • Hands-on experience with AI production systems • Solid understanding of secure application architectures • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
