As a Senior Manager at EDC, you will report to the Director of the Canada Critical Mineral Accelerator (CCMA). Your role focuses on originating, structuring, and executing key investments, providing a range of financing solutions from equity to structured finance. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including investors and governments, to bolster critical minerals projects across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead essential transactions in mining and critical minerals • Originate and structure investment opportunities aligned with CCMA objectives • Manage relationships with project sponsors and investors • Negotiate complex financial and investment agreements • Oversee portfolio performance and mitigate risks

Requirements: • 10+ years in project finance or infrastructure investing • Proven track record in leading complex transactions • Robust skills in negotiation and stakeholder management • Relevant experience in critical minerals or natural resources • Post-secondary degree in finance, business, or related field
