In this part-time role at OFFLINE™ by Aerie, you will be the embodiment of our brand. As a Brand Ambassador, your goal is to create a memorable shopping atmosphere, helping every guest discover products they love. You will utilize your passion for AE and Aerie products while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to company values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate customers about AE and Aerie products
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to shoppers
• Flexibly support various store zones as needed
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy
Requirements:
• Enthusiastic about interacting with people
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old
