Université du Québec en Outaouais is seeking a Web / Communication Officer to develop and maintain internal and external websites, craft messaging across media, and advise on digital strategy. The role requires a post-secondary diploma in a web-related field and 3–5 years’ experience, with strong Drupal, HTML/CSS/PHP, and Adobe Creative Suite skills. Fluency in English and French is essential. Based in Ottawa, Ontario, the position is permanent full time, with a bilingual bonus and a salary band
