Carlisle Companies seeks a Plant Manager to lead the site team, oversee manufacturing processes and the facility’s operations around the clock. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with R&D;, Engineering, and Logistics to meet KPIs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Eng, 10+ years in manufacturing leadership (plant manager preferred), and travel up to 15%.
