DOF Canada is seeking a Marine Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join our Crewing team in Nova Scotia. You will oversee training coordination, compliance for marine crew, and maintain documentation within our crewing system.
The role requires industry experience or related education, robust organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. You will collaborate with vessel managers and senior crew coordinators, and may participate in school visits and industry events.
