Our Client is seeking a hands-on Change Management Analyst to support a complex transformation initiative. This is a delivery-focused role—ideal for someone who can build practical change materials, run stakeholder engagements, and support readiness and adoption (not advisory-only). Please note this role is fully onsite – located in downtown Edmonton.

What You’ll Do
Create and execute change deliverables (change plans, communications, training plans/materials, stakeholder impact/readiness assessments)
Develop end‑user and stakeholder materials (presentations, FAQs, job aids, quick reference guides)
Facilitate workshops, working sessions, walkthroughs/demos, and information sessions
Support implementation readiness, rollout activities, and post‑implementation adoption
Partner with business, operational, and project stakeholders to gather inputs and translate changes into transparent, audience‑appropriate content

Must‑Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Direct experience facilitating change
Proven experience producing change deliverables (change strategy/plans, training strategy/plans,



communications plans, impact assessments)
Robust communication writing skills

Nice‑to‑Haves
PROSCI or CCMP certification
Experience developing/delivering training content (including e‑learning/video)
Requirements gathering and business process documentation experience
