We're looking for someone with strong retail operations experience who is eager to learn all aspects of the business. The Opportunity

As the Retail Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while leading a team of approximately 16 employees. You'll be responsible for creating a positive team culture, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing processes that help the business continue to grow. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll become the go-to resource for your team and play a key role in the overall success of the operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 employees.
- Create and manage employee schedules.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and product ordering.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff, providing guidance, support, and problem-solving.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and systems.




- Monitor inventory levels and merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
- Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth daily operations across the business.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Assist with general routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Support the business wherever needed, in a collaborative environment.
